Celebrate Mothering Sunday on the VSCC Derbyshire Tour

Entries are still available for the Derbyshire Tour on Sunday 6 March, the day after our popular John Harris Trial so why not round off a fantastic weekend of Vintage motoring in the Peak District and join us?
Like the Trial, the day will start from Ashover village at 9.00am, from where we aim to take you through the back roads of the Peak District so you can see our beautiful county from a different perspective. We have two stunning routes planned, a long and a short one, enabling those who need to get away early to do so. As we are in the heart of Industrial Revolution country, we have included a visit to one of the region’s historic sites – Leawood Pumphouse on the Cromford Canal.

And importantly we've identified the refreshment stops en-route (see map) so you can book ahead for your well-earned Sunday lunch. Be sure to book your place early to avoid disappointment as Sundays are always busy.
For those taking part in the Trial, this will give you a chance perhaps to wind down after Saturday's excitement, so why not take advantage! The feedback from the past Tour participants has been excellent. The event is open to all Pre-war road cars; no Buff Form required.
Members can download Supplementary Regulations and Entry Form or enter online from the event page (CLICK HERE). Please note that the car will need to hold an Eligibility Buff Form and you will need a current payment card register with the Club to use the online facility – otherwise, please print an Entry Form to complete and return to the VSCC Office (fax/email accepted).
Please note the online entry system will close at the end of day today, Wednesday 24 February; thereafter, contact the Office at the details below.
