The New Year`s Driving Tests at Brooklands on Sunday has a bumper entry of 57 and the forecast is for fine.

Competitors and their cars are ready to pit themselves against twelve tests on the historic circuit, with tests on the test hill, banking and the finishing straight, all of the cars could have competed on the hallowed concrete in Brooklands heyday.

Everything from nimble Austin Seven`s with a wheelbase just over 6’ to a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost with a wheelbase over 12’ will pit themselves against the clock and the route for each test.
