Last Chance to RSVP for VSCC Awards Dinner (Friday 22 March) & Marshals’ Dinner, (Saturday 23 March) at Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport

A final call for all those who have not yet booked their places for next week’s inaugural VSCC Awards Dinner on Friday or those invited to Saturday’s Marshals’ Dinner to please RSVP to the Club Office by the end of day on Monday 18 March.
Our two dinners are the highlights of a number of important events taking place over next weekend at the Radisson Blu Hotel, situated by East Midlands Airport close to Donington Park:
Awards Dinner & Presentation
Friday 22 March, 7.00pm
A three course dinner interspersed with the presentation of the Club’s prestigious event and annual trophies for the 2012 Season by Motorsport legend ‘Whizzo’ Williams, the evening compèred by commentator Ian Titchmarsh.
Tickets are £37 per person (£340 for a table of 10 – Book by Phone/Post Only) and can be purchased online or by calling the VSCC Ticket Hotline on 01608 644999.

The Annual General Meeting of the Vintage Sports-Car Club (Members Only)

Non Speed Organisers Meeting (By Invitation Only)

Marshals’ Forum (open to all whether a regular, occasional, prospective marshal or competitor)

The Marshals’ Dinner (By Invitation Only)
Saturday 23 March, 6.30pm for 7.30pm
There are a number of accommodation options close by, including the host venue the Radisson Blu. Alternatively there is a Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express located within the Pegasus Business Park. Camping is available at the Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel.
We are also pleased to announce an arrangement with the Donington Grand Prix Collection whereby VSCC members can access the museum free of charge from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 March from 9.00am – 5.00pm (last admittance each day at 4.00pm) upon production of a current VSCC Membership Card or, for those Non-Member Marshals attending Saturday’s Marshals’ Dinner, upon production of their invitation.
