The VSCC Club staff have enjoyed a clear run up to the Radisson Blu hotel near East Midlands Airport despite the poor weather conditions and would like to promote the fact that this weekend's planned social functions at the hotel are very much going ahead.

So far, the snow has not settled in the vacinity of East Midlands Airport, although it is grey and cold (but nice and warm inside the hotel!). The weekend's activites get underway this evening with the Awards Dinner, and tomorrow the AGM takes place in the Wheatcroft Suite at 11am.  The annual Marshals' Dinner will welcome over 160 invited volunteers on Saturday evening.
