Motorsport UK have recently changed the licensing requirements for all competitors on Trials, Rallies, Driving Tests and Autosolos and the applications are now being accepted for these new licenses. 

We recommend all VSCC Competitors affected by these changes apply without delay. 

These Competition Licenses are free, mandatory and issued by our governing body.

You can apply online here https://rsclubman.motorsportuk.org/  and we recommend you and your passengers / navigators do so immediately. If you wish to apply using a paper form you can download the form and return by post to Motorsport UK here https://www.motorsportuk.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/03_CLUBMAN_FORM.pdf .

If you hold a license for Sprints, Hill Climbs or Racing this will be valid for non-speed events.

If you arrive at signing on for any event in 2020, starting with The New Year’s Driving Tests in January, and you or any member of your crew does not present one of these licenses at Signing On you will not be allowed to compete.

Under 18’s

Car Trials – Passengers under the age of 18 in the front or rear seats do not require licenses

Navigation Rallies – Navigators under the age of 18 in the rear seats do not require licenses
