Derbyshire Tour

Ashover, Derbyshire

Event main image
We are running the Sunday Tour again this year so make sure you have the date booked in your diary.  Starting from Ashover village, you'll travel along back-road routes and see Derbyshire from a different perspective. We have two stunning routes planned.  The short one will allow you to get away early and has a private tour of Middleton Top Engine House included (with its working stationary steam engine). The long route lets you enjoy more of our beautiful countryside running up to Hartington: and you're welcome to join the Middleton Top visit if your time allows. Naturally there'll be ample opportunities to take refreshment at one of the many hostelries en-route. The Tour will start at 0900.  Trial competitors and road cars are all welcome (and classic cars by arrangement). For trialists, this will give you a chance to perhaps wind down after Saturday's excitement, so why not take it!  If you haven't got a Buff form and have trouble applying online, don't worry: download the entry form, complete and then return it to the Club with your entry fee.
