The Dick Batho and Patrick Marsh trophies will be competed for at the second VSCC trial of the 2026, the John Harris.
A great day’s trialling at the edge of the beautiful Peak District here in north Derbyshire awaits competitors, marshals and spectators alike, with its stunning scenery and warm, welcoming, country pubs.
If you’re new to trialling then come and make the John Harris the one you cut your teeth on.

Derbyshire Trial accommodation and lunch stop Peak Edge Hotel
Steve Perez provides a number of sections on his estate free of charge and in
return we have offered to promote his Peak Edge Hotel at Stone Edge.

The hotel is located close to Ashover start and also the Walton sections and
has good trailer parking. It is a top quality venue.
A flexible discounted room rate of £145 per night B&B is offered on Friday
6th and Saturday 7th March if you book directly with the hotel by phone or
email. This is cheaper than booking on line but also allows you flexibility to
cancel if needed. Please quote Steves name and the vintage trial. There is a
discount code 2603STEVER but don't use online.
Peak edge are also putting on a quick lunch option for trialists, Marshals and
spectators in the Walton suite. Light bites around £10.
