The 2013 VSCC Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 23 March in the Wheatcroft Suite at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Castle Donington, Derbyshire, close to Donington Park Circuit, East Midlands Airport and Junctions 23A/24 of the M1 Motorway.
Formal business will commence at 11.00am, followed by an open Q & A session on topics such as Tool Room Copies of Racing Cars, MOTs, Events etc.
An integral part of this VSCC weekend, it is hoped that many members joining us for one or more of the other events will attend this important event in the Club’s year. Other events taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel include:

Marshals’ Forum (open to all whether a regular, occasional, prospective marshal or competitor).

The Marshals’ Dinner (By Invitation Only)
6.30pm for 7.30pm The Wheatcroft Suite
We have negotiated an accommodation rate at the Radisson Blu for members who wish to stay at the hotel of £75 single occupancy, £85 double occupancy. To obtain this special rate please book before 22 February by calling 01509 670575 or click here for hotel website link.
Alternatively there is a Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express located within the Pegasus Business Park. Camping is available at the Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel.
We are also pleased to announce an arrangement with the Donington Grand Prix Collection whereby VSCC members can access the museum free of charge from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 March from 9.00am – 5.00pm (last admittance each day at 4.00pm) upon production of a current VSCC Membership Card or, for those Non-Member Marshals attending Saturday’s Marshals’ Dinner, upon production of their invitation.
