Welsh Rally CANCELLED

Despite Clerk of the Course Stephen Kay`s best efforts, we are sorry to say that this event has had to be cancelled.
The quiet roads, superb scenery and rich history of the Welsh Border Marches give an ideal location for the Welsh Scatter Rally providing navigational challenges for rally competitors . As a Scatter event, there will be no set route, nor any timing beyond the need to finish by a set time. Entrants will plot their own route to visit a number of clue points, the whereabouts of which will be deduced from traditional grid refs, spot heights etc. The Rally Revival encourages three classes; Championship Class for cars with buff forms, Clubman Class for those wishing to exercise their rally skills and open to any pre-1941 car, and Champagne Class, for any pre-1941 car but with crews benefitting from much fuller route instructions.
