On Saturday or Sunday you are invited to take part in a Circular Tour which will include two opportunities (morning or afternoon) to take a short train trip to an exclusive guided tour of the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway Workshops in Boston Lodge.
For those who visited the railway on Saturday you will have the choice of several destinations and participants will be invited to take their time to enjoy the views, sample local fare, explore the architectural and industrial heritage, and even ‘stretch their legs’! Some may wish to take their time and follow up all the suggestions in the notes, others may wish to ‘crack on’ and perhaps do two of the routes on one day – it’s up to you!
Due to the limited capacity of the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway Workshops you will only be able to visit once over the weekend.
All the instructions and notes on places of interest will be supplied in a souvenir route book.
