The Cheshire Tour is unashamedly intended for touring cars! The tour will once again aim to show visitors the delights of vintage motoring in rural Cheshire. You will drive between two castles and see meres, attractive villages and interesting landscapes.

There will be no GUM (grass up middle) roads! Vintage and pre-war LWB tourers are not only very welcome, they are expected, the route is being planned with them in mind. Locals and visitors not familiar with Cheshire will be equally welcome.

The Cheshire Tour aims to offer good driving roads, particularly suited to vintage tourers, in attractive rural landscapes. Our first tour last year attracted a very good entry, and we hope this will continue. This time we are heading south and will enjoy some delightful touring roads, with relatively little traffic, venturing into rural Shropshire - and a brief trip across the border into Wales. Plenty of sights to see and a convenient lunch stop.
