Last Chance to enter VSCC Madresfield Driving Tests

Entries close soon for one of the Club’s oldest and most iconic events, the Madresfield Driving Tests & Concours, first held on the mile-long drive of Madresfield Court back in 1947. Don’t miss your chance to enter this most celebrated competition, taking place on Sunday 8 September – but hurry as entries close next week on Tuesday 27 August.
With its most wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and idyllic setting against the backdrop of the Malvern Hills, Madresfield is simply one of the most popular events in the Club’s calendar, often hailed as the VSCC at its very best.
Whilst the day’s Competitors will enjoy a variety of driving tests and the traditional ‘self-judging’ Concours toward the formal competition, spectating Club Members are equally encouraged to attend in their own Pre-war car, whereby they may enter their own Concours competition; named in memory of Club Marshal and long-time organiser of this particular event, the Bob Watt Cup will be presented to the winning owner, whose car simply gives our panel of Judges the most pleasure to see parked up at Madresfield – thus any car could win!
But for many, the day is simply about the wonderful social element Madresfield offers – bring your picnics, catch up with friends and fellow VSCC enthusiasts and enjoys one of the most delightful days of the year.
Entry Fee is just £45 (½ Price for those Under 30 on 1 January 2013). Members can enter online or download an Entry Form to complete and return from the Event Page (Click Here).
NB You will need to have a Credit Card lodged with the Club and know the Buff Form number of the car you wish to enter to use the online entry facility.
