VSCC Cadwell Park Track Day & Race Meeting, 6 / 7 June - Call Now for late entry availability

Call the Office now for late entry availability for VSCC Cadwell Park! The Race Meeting will again be preceded by a Track Day on Friday, a repeat of last year’s successful joint venture with the Bugatti Owners’ Club.

Following the great success of the Club’s ‘Spring Start‘ season opener at Silverstone in April, attention now turns to the next Race event on the calendar, Cadwell Park on Saturday 7 June, where the VSCC will join with circuit owners, MotorSportVision in celebrating 80 years of both our wonderful Club and the favourite Lincolnshire venue.
We again bring our revered Shuttleworth & Nuffield Trophies to the UK’s very own 2.2 mile ‘Nurburgring’ for one of the most popular Club events on the calendar. With its wonderful blend of twists and undulations, it is more often seen as a biker’s playground but nonetheless ideally suited to our Pre-war and Historic Racing and Sports-Cars and a favourite amongst drivers and spectators alike – proven by the VSCC’s annual status for the circuit’s largest attendance for a car event year on year. The atmosphere in the paddock and grandstands, including the famous ‘Mountain’ vantage point, is second to none and results in one of the best ‘Club’ events of the year.
Amongst the full programme of the day’s 11 races, including the familiar VSCC Racing ‘Sets’, we are proud to once again host the Bugatti Owners’ Club’s hallowed Williams Trophy Race. The prestigious trophy is the very same given to William ‘Grover’ Williams, winner of the first Monaco Grand Prix in 1929, driving a Bugatti Type 35B. We also welcome our friends from the 500 Owners’ Association and Morgan Three Wheeler Club whose invited grids are fascinating and ideal compliments to our own Pre-war and Historic races whilst our Frazer Nash / GN Race is an undoubted annual highlight, this year being run for 2-seater cars.

Don’t forget that the VSCC do not take any fees in advance and any entries withdrawn before the day will only be charged an administration fee and not the full amount (provided you let us know). It is easier for us to withdraw an entry than add one in late so if you are unsure if your car will be ready or not, it is best to submit your entry and keep the Office updated on progress. And remember Under 30s can still enjoy ½ price entry fees across all VSCC events.

VSCC/BOC Track Day, Cadwell Park, Friday 6 June
To all potential competitors and those already entered for Saturday’s Race Meeting, the BOC and VSCC will host a joint Track Day at Cadwell Park on the preceding Friday 6 June for all – whether in Pre- or Post-war Car, the day is the ideal shakedown for car and driver and all are welcome (preference will be given to Pre-war cars in the event of oversubscription).
The day will be divided into sessions, to be determined dependent on numbers, and cars can be shared provided that both drivers only occupy a single slot in each of the allocated sessions. A separate Entry Form for each driver will be required).
Entry Fee: £125 (Full Day) or £65 (Half Day)
There will be an ARDS Qualified Instructor on hand for one-on-one sessions throughout the day for a small additional fee. Contact the Office to pre-book a session or you will be able to sign up on the day on a first-come-first-served basis.
