Looking Forward To Fine Spring Weather At Wiscombe

One of the most picturesque settings in the VSCC calendar never fails to impress.
We have everything crossed for fine May weather at Wiscombe this weekend! A lovely spot to spend a Sunday afternoon watching our 116 competitors in a mix of post and pre-war, vintage and Edwardian cars attempt to beat James Baxter's course record of 44.96 which still stands some six years after he set it in his Frazer Nash/Alvis. Tickets on the gate are £12 and under 16s are free so come along, enjoy the fun and bring a picnic (hot and cold food available to purchase). Practice begins at 9am, competitive runs at around 2pm and prizes for Fastest Time of the Day, Fastest Vintage Car and Fastest Young Driver will be awarded approximately 15 minutes after the last run up the hill.
