Voting has now opened for VSCC Volunteer and Race Driver of the Year. 

Both awards are voted for by fellow marshals and drivers respectively.
This years nominees for Volunteer of the Year are . . .  
  • Race and Speed Handicappers. Who meet before every event to handicap the entries.
  • The Old Post Office Librarians. Who visit the office weekly to maintain our library and photo archive.
  • Eligibility Sub Committee. Who meet monthly to discuss, process and approve Buff Form applications.
  • Grid and Marque Co-ordinators. Who provide a voice for our race community and help inform the future structure of the Clubs racing.
  • The Old Post Office Van and Equipment Team. Who visit the office before and after each event to co-ordinate and load the equipment needed to run each event.
  • VSCC Assistant Chief Marshals. Who stepped up to cover for the Clubs Chief Marshal following his stroke.
Nominees for Race Driver of the Year are . . . 
  • Eddie Williams - for his brilliant driving in a variety of cars
  • Harry Painter - for his enthusiasm and positive attitude, excellent driving and being good fun in the paddock
  • John Guyatt - for his work with the Owner Driver Mechanic Awards
  • Simon Gallon - for good progressive results throughout the season and being a gentleman on and off the track
  • Charlie Martin - for racing in lots of different cars and being and promoting vintage racing
  • Indi Walker - for a good season racing and progressing throughout the year
