AoHE - ‘Forward thinking’ 2023 seminar

Hosted by Brooklands Museum, Wednesday October the 18th

The AoHE ‘Forward Thinking’ Seminar hosted by #AoHE founder members, Brooklands Museum will be held on Wednesday October the 18th will be a chance for businesses to hear from those people, organisations, and event organisers who have achieved sustainability accreditation or are in the process of seriously examining their ‘Carbon footprint’. The seminar will explore how they regard achieving 'carbon neutral' in the context of their other activity, and how they are engaging in the process. There will also be a chance to discuss the implications, actions, possible solutions and the practical realities of doing so. The afternoon panel will discuss future fuels, progress, development and the experience of those using them.

The event will include contributions and insight from Vintage Bentley, the Vintage Sports-Car Club, the Bugatti Owners Club, Dr Mark Dibben, a Distinguished Fellow of the Schumacher Institute, Bristol , James Noble, festival director for Coventry Motofest, Nigel Elliott, fuel specialist for The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs, and Coryton Fuels Ltd. More panelists will be confirmed in due course.

The logistics and process for a business achieving a validated carbon neutral status.

Events and Venues going carbon neutral.

Future fuels, renewable and synthetic, their definitions, their applications and experience of those who have used them.
