Land Slips, Road Closures And Damaged Culverts Still Can't Dampen The Spirits Of Competitors

96 cars signed on at How Caple Court for the Herefordshire Trial.

Clerk of the Course, Mark Garfitt, had battled the elements with floods around Herefordshire causing land slips and damaged culverts leading to road closures and the loss of hills.

Despite this and the Coronavirus Mark and his team were able to put on a successful two days of trialling, with the rain on Saturday night leading to the cancellation of a hill on Sunday; the rain Sunday morning further exacerbated testing conditions until the sun finally decided to put in a brief appearance for the announcement of the results.
