Welcome to the new look

Welcome to the all new VSCC website.  Once you get used to the new look and feel you will find the new site is much easier to navigate and use.  There is a lot more information on this site, which is much easier to access.
There will be a few teething problems, and we ask that you log your issue in the ‘Report a Bug’ section of the forum rather than calling the Club office.
If you can’t immediately see your most visited section of the website we have collated a list of the locations of some of the most used features and a list of the new areas that you can enjoy.

The FORUM is located under the NEWS Menu. You will need to log in with your membership number and PIN as usual. If you cannot remember this go to the ‘My Account’ section in the top right hand corner and use the ‘Lost your Password’ function.

Adverts of the type that are printed in the Newsletter of cars for sale, services and spares are located in the SHOP menu.

Simply click on the EVENTS menu...find the event ( the full list of events is displayed if you are a Club member, otherwise you can only see the Public Events) and you can make it easier by using the filters on the right hand side for event type, date etc and click on ‘Enter Event’ which will take you to the online entry system.  This system is similar to the old system but you will find it more straight forward, less clunky and easier to use.

As above but instead of clicking on the ‘Enter Event’ link, click on the ‘Marshal Event’ link.

See a Map with all of the Club’s ‘Nogin and Natters’ across the country with information about where and when the meet is and links to the pub websites.  Search by area and use Google maps to  get you there! Located in the EVENTS menu under EVENT TYPES.

Photos are now linked to the Event directly. So click on the event...i.e. Measham Rally 2012 and you will see all the photos uploaded from that event scrolling across the bottom.  We have only so far copied photos from 2012 events.

if you are an approved member of the VSCC Media, send in your event requests through the MEDIA menu.

SHOP. There is an all new easy to use Shop where you can purchase items such as Bulletin Binders, Marshals’ Clothing and Event Tickets.  There is a link to the Regalia Shop which is franchised to our friends at JTL Embroidery.
Within the ABOUT Menu

Improved ‘Questions’ area where you will find answers to most of your queries about the Club and its activities.

It is much easier to join the Club, or purchase membership as a gift for a friend or relative.

You will find full profiles of the Club Staff (with contact details), Senior Officials and the Committee.

Easier to access information and links about the Clubs Principal Associates, Sponsors and companies that the Club are associated with and offer discounts to Club members.

Download copies of previous Newsletters (we are currently offering all 2011 & 2012 editions) and find out more about the Newsletter and quarterly Bulletin.

Find out more about the Club Library, read Librarian’s Profiles and search the Library Database so you can see if there is a book that you might like to use within the Club Library.
