Entries now open for the start of the VSCC 2013 Speed Season!

We are now accepting entries for the first events of the Club’s 2013 Speed calendar with our Curborough Speed Trials on Sunday 5 May and Wiscombe Park Hill Climb on Sunday 12 May.
Curborough Speed Trials (Sunday 5 May)
One of our longest-standing events, it traditionally heralds the start of the Club’s Sprint season and competitors will flock to the former RAF airfield outside Lichfield. The event’s unique abbreviated Class structure is sure to be well-subscribed with the usual eclectic mix of Pre-war marques taking on the 900m long course.
Entry Fee: £89 (1/2 Price for those under 30 years old on 1 January 2013)

Wiscombe Park Hill Climb (Sunday 12 May)
A week later, the Club travels to the South-West for our annual visit to the grounds of the Chichester family home. One of best kept secrets on the UK motor sport scene, the picturesque hill in the Devonshire moors is a firm favourite with the Club’s regulars, with its combination of fast straights and tight hairpins a challenge for both driver and machine. The event boasts the full array of Pre-war classes, with additional Post-war classes for invited Pre-1961 Racing and Sports Racing Cars. VSCC members are also invited to enter the 500 Owners Association event, taking place on the preceding Saturday, meaning a rewarding weekend of motorsport for your pilgrimage south.
Entry Fee: £98 (1/2 Price for those under 30 years old on 1 January 2013)

Enter either of these events online now by following the links above and selecting Enter Event (you must have a current credit card lodged with the Club and know the Buff Form Number of the car you intend to enter) or Download Entry Form to print, complete and return to the Office.
Marshals are also encouraged to volunteer for both events now. Do so online from our Marshals pages HERE or complete and return your Marshals’ Volunteering Form for the entire 2013 season
