Subaru’s are Ready and the VSCC Welsh Weekend is GO!

The Vintage Sports-Car Club have taken delivery of two Subaru Forester’s courtesy of Subaru UK and they are now packed with all of the equipment for the Welsh Weekend which gets underway in the Welsh Border town of Presteigne tomorrow. The two Foresters will be used as Course Cars on the event, one of the oldest on the VSCC calendar, which started in 1937.
Vintage Sports-Car Club members can purchase Subaru and Isuzu cars at a 10% discount thanks to a special arrangement between the Club and Subaru UK. Click here for more information and click here for Club membership information.
Pre-war cars will travel from all over the United Kingdom to compete on the two-day Trial which uses 18 sections in the locality. A further 44 car and crews will participate in the Welsh Rally on Sunday. There is an opportunity for spectators to enjoy the action, at Cwm Whitton farm on Sunday afternoon where the two events converge.
Cars will be on the Cwm Whitton hills from 12.30pm – 4.00pm. The farm is off the B4357 Knighton road (MR274684). Post code – LD7 1NL.
