BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Craig McWilliam
I have been an avid enthusiast of motor vehicles since
youth, with motorbikes (new and old) being the main focus for the first 35
years, before these made way for old cars - starting with a JAP engined Morgan.
Since then, vintage cars numbers have grown with a particular love of Sunbeam
and Frazer Nash, competing in hillclimbs, driving test and circuit races. My wife navigates with me in rallies, and
over the last few years, I have been joined by my adult children, with my
daughter very keen on using her Austin 7 for trials.
Professionally, I am a chartered surveyor and currently lead
a London-based property business, the Arch Company, who manage around 5,200
railway arches across England and Wales, which are let to a huge community of
businesses. Prior roles have included
being Programme Director for a large NHS infrastructure programme during Covid,
CEO of the Grosvenor Estate's UK business and a decade with a large US Private
Equity firm. In addition to my full time
employment, I am chair of the University of Greenwich, having been a member of
the Governing Body for 6 years, and sit on the Investment Committees for two
University colleges, one in Oxford and one in Cambridge. For the last year, I
have been a co-opted member of the VSCC's Finance Committee. Until recently, I was chair of a local
children's charity in central London, Coram's Fields, which owned and operated
the largest children's play facility in central London.
